Approach of a Life Coach

My dear friends,

It has been a while...

I am currently in Cape Town and living in luxury in the Westin Grand ... I was upgraded to an Executive Suite - I believe I am attracting these things into my life because my mind power is active ... I feel like royalty!! I will definately be staying in the Westin again.

I am still in love with my life ... my friend told me the other that I am ALWAYS in a great mood - she said it seems like I must take pills to feel bad these days... She asked me if it is the life coaching that is making me so happy ... of course the answer is YES!!!

I was sitting in my classy hotel room and decided it is time to update my blog ... and thought of life coaching and how it changed my life... The approach of a life coach....

Life Coaching is collaboration, partnership and creating... not therapy! Although after every session with my life coach I feel so rejuvenated, recharged, energised and ready to change the world...
The foundation of coaching is built on high trust between the two parties, asking provocative questions, exploring powerful and innovative possibilities and catalysing clear and focused actions in order to achieve the desired outcomes. I have committed fully to the process and my coach is one of the best in the world. I have always been guilty of procrastination... now I have someone who holds me accountable in a loving, supportive way and I have learnt to love myself and hold myself accountable in a loving way. I don't scorn myself if things go wrong - my self talk is always positive and I don't punish myself... I lovingly help myself to make a choice and take action...
I know this might sound totally crazy but I get so much more done these days ... just because I help myself...
Coaching clears the fluff, the distractions and the delays, and gets you to unleash and apply the best you have right now.

Inspiring mail

Good day friends,
Today has been an amazing day. I was working in my new "home-office" working through my e-mails when I opened the mail from Bill.
I am always excited to read Bill's inspiring mail message so as usual, I started reading his mail with eager anticipation... I was once again pleasantly surprised with the content and find it so inspiring.

I am a "Life changer"... I quote the last section of Bill's mail:

"If you live life reacting to the external world you will end up at the mercy of the external world. However, if you follow your inner voice and take inspired action to be, do and have what you deeply desire, the external world will submit to you.

Life coaching is the art of teaching people to take control of their life and stop giving their power away to the external world. It is, quite simply, life changing...and you have chosen to be a life changer!

Wow ... what a ride

Hello to all,
I just had one amazing session with my Life Coach. We set goals together and I believe without even a shadow of a doubt if I can achieve these goals I would really be on top of the world and feel magnificent and successful.
I can recommend this to anyone who have ever had any doubt ... appoint a Life Coach and DO IT!!.

Live life fully ...

I have made a very important life changing decision. I wanted to be free, financially independant and my own boss...
I was not sure how I would make this happen ... then I heard of Life Coaching.
I was intrigued and googled it ... Wow, I was impressed.
I appointed a Life Coach and that is when the fun began.

I now have a life coach (in the UK nogal) and I set and achieve goals like I never thought possible. I created this blog to share my personal journey with you as I believe I will be going through some growing pains ... but I will have my life coach with me every step of the way.

My new life as Life Coach is a journey and not a destiny... and I am really enjoying the ride - so I want to share with you as much as possibe...
